Custom Packaging for Smoke Accessories

Custom packaging needs its own structure, artwork, and MOQ confirmation. Do not reuse a ready-stock product minimum as a packaging or private-label minimum.

For brand owners, packaging is not a leftover. Gift boxes, display boxes, labels, and inserts decide how a smoke accessory looks on a shelf. A packing brief should be as clear as the product brief.

Choose the packing job

Protection only, retail display, or gift presentation each needs a different structure. Display boxes need a face panel; gift boxes need open-and-show; shipping cartons need strength. Browse custom packaging.

Artwork the factory can use

Send logo, brand colors, and a reference box if you have one. If dielines do not exist yet, say so. The supplier can suggest a structure after the product size is known.

MOQ follows process, not slogans

Packaging MOQ depends on the structure, print method, material, product size, and quantity. Do not assume a ready-stock product MOQ also applies to printed boxes or custom structures. Ask for product MOQ and packaging MOQ separately.

QC on packing details

Ask who checks print color, fit, and insert placement. Packing errors show up in the first shop shipment. Gomba's OEM page covers gift boxes, display boxes, labels, and brand layouts; inquire via OEM.

FAQ

Can I custom-pack a ready-stock product?

Sometimes, depending on the product, packaging format, artwork, and quantity. Confirm whether the selected ready-stock item supports a label, sleeve, box, or other packaging method before treating it as a private-label project.

Do I need a designer first?

A logo or reference style can be enough to begin a packaging discussion, but the required artwork files and dielines depend on the final packaging structure and supplier confirmation.
