Rolling Tray Manufacturing Guide

A rolling tray brief should cover size, material, logo method, packaging, and item-specific MOQ before a wholesale or OEM quote is approved.

Rolling trays are a high-visibility accessory: they sit on a counter, carry a logo, and often ship with other rolling goods. A manufacturing brief should describe the tray as a product, not only as a picture.

Specify the tray, not just the photo

Useful fields: approximate size, material, edge style, color, whether it stacks, and whether it ships alone or in a set. Gomba supplies trays in the rolling accessories range together with papers, cones, and related tools.

Logo and surface

Logo method depends on the surface. Printing is common on larger tray faces; other methods may fit metal or specialty finishes. Ask what is durable for shop use, not only what looks good in a render.

Packaging

Trays may need a sleeve, inner card, gift box, or display carton. If the tray is a brand hero, packing is part of the product. See custom packaging and OEM.

Quantity and mixing

Ready-stock trays can be tested at the MOQ quoted for the selected item. Custom color, logo, or packaging can require a different OEM/private-label MOQ. If you ask about trays together with cones or grinders, list each item and quantity separately so the supplier can confirm whether any combined packing or ordering option is actually available.

FAQ

Can I put my logo on a stock tray?

It depends on the tray surface, logo method, and quantity. Send the exact tray, logo file, and target quantity so the supported method and project-specific MOQ can be confirmed.

Should trays ship with other rolling items?

You can request trays together with papers or cones, but do not assume mixed packing or a shared MOQ. Ask whether each item has its own minimum and whether combined packing is supported for the quoted products.
